MANCHESTER, New Hampshire (CNN) - Al Gore currently has a six-point lead over Bill Bradley,
with 51 percent of likely New Hampshire Democratic primary voters choosing Gore and 45 percent choosing Bradley, according to the latest CNN/USA Today/Gallup tracking poll.
Gore's support is just about where it was late last week, after his "Iowa
bounce" faded. On the Republican side, John McCain has widened his lead over
George W. Bush to a 42 percent-32 percent advantage. Steve Forbes trails with 14 percent and Alan
Keyes with 8 percent.
The poll is based on interviews with 911 likely Democratic primary voters and 716 likely Republican primary voters. It was conducted January 29 and 30.
The final CNN/USA Today/Gallup tracking poll will be released late Monday night.
