Final tracking poll shows McCain, Gore with solid leads

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire (CNN) - Arizona Sen. John McCain and Vice President Al Gore hold solid leads in the final CNN/USA Today/Gallup tracking poll before Tuesday's New Hampshire primary.

The poll shows McCain with support from 44 percent of likely Republican voters, as compared to 32 percent for Texas Gov. George W. Bush. Trailing are publisher Steve Forbes with 13 percent, Alan Keyes with 7 percent and Gary Bauer with 1 percent. Three percent are undecided.

On the Democratic side, Gore bests former New Jersey Sen. Bill Bradley, 54 percent to 42 percent. Four percent of voters remain undecided.

The poll is based on interviews of 888 likely Republican primary voters and 697 likely Democratic primary voters. It was conducted Sunday and Monday.
