Sept. 11 victim's wedding ring returned to widow

PORTOLA VALLEY, California (CNN) -- The September 11 attacks made Dorothy Garcia a widow after more than three decades of marriage.

Her husband Andrew Garcia was en route home to California after a business trip when terrorists hijacked United Flight 93 and his plane went down in rural Pennsylvania.

Dorothy Garcia understood that her husband's body would not be found in the wreckage, but she begged FBI agents to find the ring he had worn since their wedding day.
