CRAWFORD, Texas (CNN) -- Crown Prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia called President Bush on Sunday to talk about the Middle East, a White House spokesman said.
Scott McClellan, deputy White House press secretary, refused to provide details about the call other than to say it was part of the president's ongoing consultations about the Mideast.
The two men spoke for 10 to 15 minutes, McClellan said.
The president, who was spending the weekend at his Crawford, Texas, ranch, will reveal his plan to move the Palestinian and Israelis forward "in the near future" -- as early as this week, McClellan said.
