• September -- 32 (31 U.S., 1 British)
• August -- 43 (36 U.S., 6 British, 1 Danish)
• July -- 46 (45 U.S., 1 British)
• June -- 35 (29 U.S., 6 British)
• May -- 41 (37 U.S., 4 British)
• April -- 79 (73 U.S., 6 British)
• March -- 91 (65 U.S., 26 British)
