(CNN) -- After a string of wins in Super Tuesday nominating contests, Sen. John Kerry outlined several initiatives he would undertake as president. The Massachusetts senator said his administration would:
• Repeal President Bush's tax cuts, and increase funding for health care and education.
• Cut the deficit in half in four years.
• "Put the tax code ... up to the light of democracy" and eliminate tax loopholes that reward exporting jobs.
• Provide incentives to create manufacturing jobs.
• Add labor and environmental provisions in trade agreements.
• Raise the minimum wage.
• Invest in new technology to achieve energy independence.
• Provide universal health care.
• "Renew our alliances and ... build new alliances" after rifts over the war in Iraq.
