Maresca ruled out with back injury
MILAN, Italy -- Juventus midfielder Enzo Maresca has been ruled out for a month with a back injury.
Maresca suffered the injury during Juve's 1-0 win at Bologna on Sunday and the club said he would be out for "30 to 40 days."
Although not a first-team regular the former Italy Under-21 international has finally made his mark at the Delle Alpi this season after joining from West Bromwich Albion in January 1999.
After loan spells at Bologna and Piacenza he returned to Turin this season and has featured in 12 of the team's 22 games as well as playing a major part in Juve's run to the final of the Italian Cup.
