MOSCOW, Russia -- Lokomotiv Moscow captain Dmitry Loskov is among five players recalled by Russia coach Georgy Yartsev for the World Cup qualifier at home to Estonia.

Yartsev also named midfielders Igor Semshov and Vladimir Bystrov along with full backs Alexei Berezutsky and Roman Sharonov in his 26-man squad, dropping defender Denis Kolodin and midfielder Lyubomir Kantonistov.

All five missed last month's humiliating 7-1 defeat by Portugal in Lisbon, which left Russia in fourth place in Group Three with four points from three matches.

Portugal and Slovakia lead the group on 10 points from four games with Estonia in third place, three points behind.

The Russians will be desperate to beat Estonia when they meet their former Soviet neighbours in the final qualifier of the year in Krasnodar on November 17.
