Entertainment Weekly: The Must List
![]() Andy Milonakis hosts "The Andy Milonakis Show" on MTV. YOUR E-MAIL ALERTS(Entertainment Weekly) -- Fine art, coarse humor, and 8 other things we recommend this week: 1. "The Andy Milonakis Show" Hilariously lowbrow (and lowbudget), this MTV show proudly wallows in its own dopey and infantile brand of humor. 2. "Red Eye" Wes Craven (helped by stars Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy) pilots a high-flying thriller that smartly bumps the genre from coach to first-class. 3. "The Office: Season One" Steve Carell -- who brings a touching measure of pathos to a middle-aged virgin -- plays a boorish manager in NBC's underrated sitcom, now on DVD. 4. Hermitage-niks This five-part docuseries -- airing on the Sundance Channel -- offers a fond (and often moving) glimpse behind the scenes at Russia's fabled Hermitage Museum. 5. "Grizzly Man" A fascinating doc examining one man's singular (and ultimately tragic) obsession with some wild bears. 6. "Runaways" by Brian K. Vaughan Mom won't let you out on Fridays? Deal with it. The six on-the-run teens in Marvel's thrilling comic series must come to terms with the fact that their parents are supervillains. Really evil supervillains. 7. Oprah As the premiere of her 20th(!) season looms, we're trying to guess what she'll be giving the studio audience. Houses? ... Yachts? ... Kidneys? 8. "Funny Ha Ha" A wry indie gem (now on DVD) that applies Cassavetes' loose improv style to a tale of a woman not quite ready for adulthood. Review: "Funny Ha Ha" 9. Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends" video A moving mini-epic that shows the young faces of war on the front line -- and at home. 10. Astaire & Rogers Now on DVD: a five-film set that showcases this iconic duo doing -- with incomparable wit and elegance -- the old song and dance. Review: Astaire and Rogers Click Here
