![]() Villar's World Cup came to an abrupt end after eight minutes. FRANKFURT, Germany -- Paraguay goalkeeper Justo Villar is likely to miss the rest of the World Cup after limping off early in the 1-0 defeat by England on Saturday. Villar, who plays for Argentine club Newell's Old Boys, damaged a calf muscle when sliding out to make a clearance after eight minutes and was replaced by Aldo Bobadilla. Paraguay coach Anibal Ruiz said Villar was expected to be out for at least two weeks and probably longer. SPECIAL REPORT"The information I have from the team doctor is that he will be out for a minimum of two weeks, probably three," Ruiz told reporters. Bobadilla made several good saves when he came on and is likely to play in the remaining Group B games against Sweden and Trinidad & Tobago. Paraguay striker Nelson Haedo Valdez said that the South Americans were missing the final bite in attack. "We didn't have enough faith in our own game when it came to what we could do in attack, in the first half especially and the early phase of the game in particular." Werder Bremen striker Valdez, who will be plying his trade with Borussia Dortmund next season said his team seemed to be "missing that extra bit of bite". "I think we played better football than England in the second half," he said. "We thought we could have got a draw out of this game."
