Rapaic recalled to Croatian squad
![]() Rapaic last played for Croatia against England in Euro 2004. ZAGREB, Croatia -- New Croatia coach Slaven Bilic has recalled midfielder Milan Rapaic for the friendly with world champions Italy on August 16 in Livorno. The 32-year-old, who scored the winner in Croatia's 2-1 group phase win over Italy at the 2002 World Cup, last played for his country in a group stage defeat by England at Euro 2004. Croatia will be without Rangers striker Dado Prso and Olympiakos goalkeeper Tomislav Butina after both retired in the wake of the World Cup finals in Germany.
