ROME, Italy -- Bulgaria striker Valeri Bojinov scored twice as Juventus cruised to a 3-0 win over Crotone in the midweek round of Serie B matches on Tuesday.

Juventus' win, their easiest since they were relegated to the second division for their part in the Serie A match-fixing scandal, leaves them on minus 10 points.

They remain 17 points off the lead jointly held by Lecce, who beat Mantova 2-0, and Brescia, 2-1 winners against Treviso.

Juve made a hesitant start, but took advantage of the home side's stage-fright to seize their first scoring opportunity on the half hour mark, Bojinov holding off a defender inside the box to turn home Marcelo Zalayeta's pass.

French defender Jean-Alain Boumsong headed in Juve's second goal from a corner six minutes later.

Crotone never looked like fighting their way back into the match and with 13 minutes left Bojinov ran on to a neat pass by Federico Balzaretti and coolly beat home keeper Salvatore Soviero to seal the result.

Juve's haul of seven points from the opening three matches is the best in the division.

Genoa and Bologna went into Tuesday's round of games with a maximum six points, but lost to Modena and Piacenza respectively. Napoli have four points after a 0-0 draw with Arezzo.
