LONDON, England -- Holders Liverpool will host fellow Premiership giants Arsenal in the pick of the third round English FA Cup ties in Sunday's draw. The clash is one of four all Premier League games with league leaders Manchester United at home to Aston Villa, Blackburn playing Everton and Portsmouth hosting Wigan. Premier League champions Chelsea are at home to fourth flight Macclesfield who are managed by former Manchester United and England midfield star Paul Ince. Liverpool and Arsenal will be meeting for the 16th time in the FA Cup, the world's oldest club knockout competition. The two teams are also paired in the quarterfinals of the League Cup on December 19, also at Anfield. In other ties, which will be played on the weekend of January 6-7, Tottenham and Newcastle go to second flight high fliers Cardiff and Birmingham respectively. Manchester United have the most number of FA Cup wins, with 11, followed by Arsenal with 10 and Tottenham with eight. Liverpool won for the seventh time back in May, beating West Ham on penalties after a 3-3 extra time draw.
