ATLANTA (CNN) -- Developments in artificial muscle technology have enormous potential beyond arm-wrestling competitions. How would you like to see the technology put to use? -------------------------------------------------------- Those with muscular problems will obviously benifit from technological advancement within this field. I can see potential military applications in the form of enhancing troop performance. Ben Lovatt, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Aug. 21) -------------------------------------------------------- I would like to see artificial muscle technology used for the disabled in walking, carrying their books to class, taking PE or doing sports like football and tennis, taking advantage of all college can offer. Creating real muscles as opposed to pistons and pipes and pumps: the Bicentennial Man is no longer a dream.
