• Comment: Hong Kong for me is a huge movie set filled with fearless Shaolin monks battling villians. Well, that's only in my mind, a mind fed with countless numbers of Kung Fu movies.

• Comment: I lived in Hong Kong for four years, working as a teacher in the late 1990s. The sights, sounds and, yes, the smells, of the city stay with me. It is one of the most incredible places on earth. A real dynamo of energy that never stops moving. But the countryside is beautiful too. I remember great hikes up mountains and sunbathing on gorgeous beaches.
