Eye on China: Full TV schedule

(CNN) -- In April, CNN brings its global resources to China for the network's second weeklong "Eye on China" special programming.

From April 1-8 CNN will combine live broadcasts from Shanghai with a "Town Hall" discussion before a studio audience and reports on the people and the issues shaping China today.

CNN CONNECTS: THE PRICE OF PROGRESS

In a broadcast from Shanghai, CNN's award-winning journalist Jim Clancy leads a unique roundtable discussion about the environmental issues confronting China, with distinguished panelists and a studio audience.

Broadcast from the Shanghai Concert Hall, environmental experts, academics and other China specialists will gather for the CNN Connects: The Price of Progress forum discussion. The hour-long roundtable debate will evaluate the environmental challenges posed by China's rapid economic growth.

Lorraine Hahn hosts a special edition of her weekly chat show Talk Asia, featuring the extraordinary personalities behind the people making the news in the Asia Pacific region and around the world.

CNN's Hugh Riminton and Kristie Lu Stout host CNN's signature weekday morning show CNN Today, live throughout the week. Kristie LuStout will travel to Shanghai during the week of April 3 to file live and special reports on China.
