Bank names 19 terror suspects

LONDON, England (CNN) -- The Bank of England Friday froze the finances of 19 of 24 individuals arrested in connection with an alleged terror plot to bring down commercial airliners.

"On the advice of the police and security services, the Treasury has instructed the Bank of England to issue notices to effect a freeze of the assets of a number of individuals arrested in yesterday's operations," Ed Balls, Economic Secretary to the Treasury, said in a statement.

The following suspects had their finances frozen:
