(CNN) -- An U.S. industrial company is suing YouTube after its Web site was overwhelmed by users looking for the video-sharing site.

68 million: The number of hits an Ohio-based industrial products company called Universal Tube and Rollform Equipment got to its Web site during August -- forcing it to crash repeatedly. The site's address was www.Utube.com.

100 million: The number of videos watched each day on the similarly-titled YouTube.com. Universal Tube is now suing the video-sharing Web site, claiming it has wrought havoc to its business.

100: The number of times more traffic Universal Tube's Web site has received since YouTube's launch. The company sells second-hand tube and pipe machinery.

72 million: The number of individual visitors to YouTube each month.

$1.65 billion: The amount paid by Google to buy YouTube last month.

$1 million: The amount an intermediary who said he was acting for YouTube offered to buy the Utube address, according to Ralph Girkins, the owner of the Web address. YouTube denies making an offer and says it has no plans to do so.

$12 million: Universal Tube's annual average sales. The company employs 17 people.
