(CNN) -- Kim Shin Bae was appointed as the CEO of SK Telecom in March 2004. Since then the company has continued to maintain its impressive 51 percent market share in its native South Korea, and expand overseas.

He was selected as one of Business Week's Business Leaders of 2005.

Kim is also the President of Korea e-Sports Association. He believes golf is a game that enhances concentration and self-confidence.
