GLASGOW, Scotland -- Finland and Norway were handed extra UEFA Cup places next season following a Fair Play draw by UEFA on Tuesday. Ten associations -- Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Wales, Switzerland, Slovakia, England and France -- went into the hat for two first qualifying round places. Sweden, who finished top of the UEFA Fair Play ranking for the 2006-07 campaign, Norway and Finland are entitled to enter the club who won their domestic top-flight fair play league. The draw was made at Hampden Park, the venue for Wednesday's UEFA Cup final between holders Sevilla and Espanyol. FOOTBALL MAILBAG
