COPENHAGEN, Denmark -- Spain and Sweden retained their dominance of European Championship Group F with clearcut victories on Saturday. The Spaniards triumphed 3-1 against Denmark in Copenhagen while the Swedes romped home 3-0 in Liechtenstein.

Both teams have 22 points and the Swedes have a game in hand.

Latvia beat Iceland 4-2 in Reykjavik, Maris Verpakovskis scoring two of their goals.

Tamudo, Ramos and Riera were on target for Spain, while Ljungberg, Wilhelmsson and A Svensson netted for the Swedes.

Romania moved three points clear in Group G by winning the top-of-the-table clash against the Netherlands in Bucharest.

Dorin Goian scored the only goal in the 71st minute.

The joint Euro 2008 hosts, Switzerland and Austria, fought out a friendly in Zurich, with the Swiss winning 3-1.

Switzerland took the lead through Marco Streller in the second minute after the Basel striker ran clear onto a perfectly-timed through ball by Leverkusen midfielder Tranquillo Barnetta.
