What technology gadgets do the experts love, or would love to have? CNN.com is asking experts in several fields about their favorite high-tech toys. This week, we asked the editors of Cooking Light (CNN) -- At Cooking Light magazine, we make a variety of dishes every day. And as much as we all appreciate good food, we also appreciate good help in the kitchen. Our editors and Test Kitchens professionals have tried all sorts of different handy kitchen gadgets, and these are some of our favorites: 1. Enrique Quintero Design Pocket Bar and Grill for iPod An iPod is known for storing a multitude of songs, but it can do more than provide a soundtrack for dinner. Now you can use your iPod to organize your favorite food and drink recipes. Using the Pocket Bar and Grill for iPods, you can load hundreds of gourmet recipes onto your iPod from your computer. The new software also lets you load up to 750 mixed drink recipes onto your iPod. 2. Tanita KD-400 Digital Kitchen Scale Accurately measuring ingredients is one of the first steps in any healthful eating resolution, and the Tanita KD-400 Digital Kitchen Scale helps make it easy. Everything about this scale is simple, from readability to storage to cleanup. It can measure in grams or ounces. Plus, its sleek style makes an unobtrusive addition to your countertop. 3. Progressive International's Dripless Basting Brush Like other silicone basting brushes, Progressive International's model can withstand high temperatures and is easier to clean than traditional bristle brushes. But this brush contains nearly 50 thin, flexible bristles -- far more than most other silicone brushes we've tried -- which means it holds more liquid and distributes it more evenly. Plus, it has a built-in collar that keeps the brush elevated when resting on a countertop or cutting board. You've seen what one expert loves. What technology do you crave? Send us photos of yourself with your favorite gadget. (I-Report) ![]() Cooking Light editors crave this Tanita KD-400 Digital Kitchen Scale. I-REPORTI-REPORT
