KABUL, Afghanistan (CNN) -- A powerful explosion ripped through the Old City section of Kabul Wednesday morning, killing at least 13 people and injuring 15 others, Kabul's chief of police said. "There were lots of ambulances taking away lots of casualties," one witness said. The source of the blast was not immediately clear, but an Afghan deputy interior minister said the explosion was not terror-related.
