(CNN) -- Phonchan Kraiwatnutsorn (Newey) is the director of the Youth Venture program, an NGO based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Youth Venture is an organization that seeks to empower Thai youth. To this end it works with young people from the area to support their business ventures and social developments.
