ROME, Italy -- Albert Paloschi came off the AC Milan bench and scored with his first touch on his Serie A debut to give them a 1-0 home win over Siena.
Two quick goals from Esteban Cambiasso and David Suazo gave Inter Milan a 2-0 win at Catania and sent them eight points clear at the top of Serie A

Paloschi drives in Milan's winner with the first touch on his league debut.
Paloschi's confident half-volley from the edge of the area beat Alex Manninger and he said afterwards:"I had a bit of luck. I really didn't expect to score on my debut and I still feel goosebumps now."
Before Paloschi's introduction the European and World Club champions looked far from impressive.
With Pato and Kaka absent, coach Carlo Ancelotti switched 4-3-3 formation to play 4-4-2 with Ronaldo and Filippo Inzaghi paired in attack but the move did not pay dividends
Ancelotti was delighted by Paloschi's contribution and was quick to warn off any suitors who might want to take him on loan.
"For now he is staying with us. We need him at this point in time. Let us allow him the chance to develop."
Clarence Seedorf, who has only just recovered from injury, replaced Ronaldo at halftime and his lofted ball over the Siena defense gave Paloschi his scoring chance.
Milan are now two points behind fourth-placed Fiorentina with 36 points and a game in hand.
It took the introduction of Honduran striker David Suazo to bring Inter to life at Catania, with Mariano Izco's shot off the Inter bar the only incident of note in the first 60 minutes.
Argentina midfielder Cambiasso opened the scoring after 64 minutes when he poked in Javier Zanetti's header.
Suazo made the game safe two minutes later when he latched onto Zlatan Ibrahimovic's through ball to round goalkeeper Ciro Polito.
Inter coach Roberto Mancini was relieved to have finished with three points and said: "We missed a lot of injured players and of course that was going to make life difficult.
"We had to rest three or four very important players, players that needed a rest. We missed players
Juventus striker Vincenzo Iaquinta marked his first return to former club Udinese by scoring the winner in a 2-1 victory.
Juve are now four points above Fiorentina but were not convincing despite the return of goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon following injury.
He looked rusty when he failed to hold Fabio Quagliarella's near-post shot and the ball squirmed from his grasp to allow Andrea Dossena to poke home the rebound.
It was a poor first half from Juventus with Quagliarella and strike partner, Antonio di Natale causing the Juve defense problems with their pace and movement.
Mauro Camoranesi equalized after 60 minutes and IIaquinta fired the winner for Juventus' third win in six games. E-mail to a friend ![]()
