(CNN) -- David Beckham will captain England in their friendly game against Trinidad and Tobago in the Port of Spain on Sunday.

Beckham last captained England during their 2006 World Cup campaign.
It will be the first time that he has worn the armband since the 2006 World Cup, after which he was dropped by coach Steve McClaren.
He regained his place in the team under McClaren and claimed his 100th international cap when present manager Fabio Capello had taken charge.
Capello has rotated the captaincy during a series of friendlies and will make a final decision about who will be the permanent leader before the next World Cup qualifying series gets under way.
Beckham will be captaining England for the 59th time on Sunday and the team is expected to include many of the younger squad members.
Rio Ferdinand, who has had a game in charge of the team under Capello, is thought by many to be the leading candidate for the full time role but he said: "It's down to the manager, he has said he will make his decision next season so we will all be waiting to hear what he has to say.
"Who wouldn't want to be captain of their country? There are four or five of us vying to become that.
"Whoever gets the responsibility of being captain, it will be a proud moment for him and his family and all the lads will get behind him."
