Question of the Week: Ships

(CNN) -- A report leaked last year reveals the shipping industry's impact on the environment could be far worse than anyone previously imagined. Other stories have also recently surfaced concerning the growing number of pollution-related deaths directly attributable to ships' emissions.

The shipping industry -- as well as the aviation industry -- is not covered under the Kyoto Protocol. People are no wondering how the industry came to be neglected for so long.
