No change in latest FIFA world rankings

(CNN) -- World governing body FIFA have revealed their latest football world rankings, with the top 14 positions remaining unchanged.

With just 27 international matches played so far in 2009, alongside another 20 played in the second half of last year, it is no surprise that there is no change at the top of the list, with European champions Spain retaining their advantage over Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Brazil.

In the top 20, only Egypt (up one place to 15th) and Nigeria (up two places to 17th) have climbed up the rankings.

Elsewhere in the table, Costa Rica are the big movers, climbing six places to 47th, earning a place in the world's top 50 for the first time since July 2007.
