(CNN) -- A six-story building collapsed Wednesday in St. Petersburg, Russia, but no one was hurt, an official said.
The building was empty except for a second-floor office where one person was working and a small shop in the basement where three people were, Gen. Leonid Belyaev of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry told Russian state television.
The three people who were in the basement escaped unhurt, he said. Authorities were looking for the person who was in a second-floor office, he said.
