Belfast, Northern Ireland (CNN) -- Authorities on Sunday were investigating a deadly helicopter crash in Northern Ireland.
The crash killed three British men who were on a hunting trip in County Fermanagh, said Northern Ireland Assembly member Jim Wells. They were returning to England at the time of the crash.
Police would not immediately confirm the number of fatalities.
The civilian aircraft fell in the Mourne Mountains in County Down at about 4 p.m. (11 a.m. ET) Saturday, the Police Service of Northern Ireland said.
