The Palestinian bid for statehood dominated the proceedings at the U.N. general assembly this week. Marketplace Middle East speaks to Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad and asks him if existing infrastructure in the West Bank and Gaza is strong enough to support a sovereign state.
