With the Libyan conflict seemingly in its final stages, the country's de facto government -- the National Transition Council -- has begun to contemplate how best to commence the national rebuilding process.

High on the agenda is getting the oil sector back up and running. But as MME discovers, revitalizing the currently dormant industry will take more than just time.
