Emmy Awards: Worst dressed of all time

Everybody loved Raymond. Everybody did not love Patricia Heaton's ensemble at the Emmys in 1999.
"Ally McBeal" actress Portia de Rossi has stepped up her style since the Emmys in 1999.
The form-fitting gown Geena Davis wore in 2000 wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for that hideous print ... and the fact that it was completely see-through.
Bai Ling left little to the imagination in this barely there number she wore to a TV Guide Emmy party in 2003.
Even with husband James Brolin on her arm, Barbra Streisand makes the worst-dressed list thanks to this pink cloak she donned in 2004.
We love Paula Abdul so much that we put her on our worst-dressed list twice. The former "American Idol" and "X Factor" judge wore a black dress in 2002 and a more feminine number in 2006. Ironically, perforated, laser-cut detail is really hot right now.
There was nothing funny about comedian Sarah Silverman's 2009 dress.
Heidi Klum hadn't quite mastered maternity chic by the Emmys in 2005. However, she did redeem herself in 2006 and then again in 2009.
Victoria Rowell should have just worn a copy of her 2008 ballot to the Emmys in 2009.
Everybody makes mistakes. Taraji P. Henson has redeemed herself since she wore this shapeless number in 2011.
