Proud Frenchman – Patrick Vieira helped France win the World Cup in 1998 and then Euro 2000. He also played in the 2006 World Cup final when France were beaten by Italy on penalties.
Developing Manchester City – After a glittering and club and international career, Vieira now works as Manchester City's Football Development Executive. He has high hopes of the club's academy.
St George's Park – The English Football Association has high hopes of its own elite football facility -- the $168-million St. George's Park complex. The center will house 24 England teams of varying age groups. It also boasts 11 outdoor pitches, including an exact replica of the playing surface at Wembley Stadium.
