Ceasar McDowell, an urban studies professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, says he went for a walk only to find everything closed except for a CVS drugstore and a Dunkin' Donuts. "I don't know how to describe it," said McDowell, a CNN iReporter. "(I)t was eerie that quietness."
