45 dead in bus crash in Afghanistan

(CNN) -- A bus collided with fuel tanker in southern Afghanistan on Friday, killing at least 45 people and injuring 10, local officials said.
The incident occurred as the bus was traveling between Kandahar and Helmand provinces, governor spokesmen for both provinces said.
Children were among the victims, said a Kandahar provincial governor spokesman.
