28 dead in Baghdad violence, police say

At least 28 people were killed across Baghdad on Monday, police and health officials said.

The deaths were caused by a dozen car bombs in and around Iraq's capital. At least 125 others were wounded.

Iraq has been wracked with sectarian and political violence for months.
