Parys Mountain, Anglesey, Wales —
This gritty panorama captures the windswept beauty of Anglesey, an island that juts into the Irish Sea off the northwestern tip of Wales.
This image by Sam Rielly won the "UK Young Landscape Photographer of the Year" prize.
It shows Parys Mountain, an area to the north of the island that's been scene of extensive copper mining.
On clear days on Anglesey there are views across the sea to Ireland and of the mountains of Snowdonia, back in the Welsh mainland.
