Abdoullah C., who was born in 1985, was arrested on Tuesday, according to a statement Thursday from the Belgian Federal Prosecutor's Office.
Abdoullah C. is believed to have had several contacts with Hasna Ait Boulahcen, who died in a police siege in the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis on November 18.
The statement said the investigating judge delivered an arrest warrant against the suspect for terrorist murders and participation in the activities of a terrorist organization.
He is believed to have had several contacts with Hasna Ait Boulahcen, who died in a police siege in the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis on November 18. She was the niece of Abdelhamid Abaaoud, who participated in the attacks, which took place on November 13.

A hearing will be held Thursday to determine how long Abdoullah C. will be detained, according to the statement.
