From: Bob Franken/CNN Subject: Jones' Deposition Set For Nov. 12 Paula Jones advisor Susan Carpenter McMillan tells CNN that Jones has received a subpoena from President Bill Clinton's lawyers ordering her to Little Rock, Ark., on Nov. 12 to give her deposition. Jones, who is suing the president, accuses him of making unwanted sexual advances to her in 1991, while he was Arkansas governor. There was no comment from Clinton attorney Robert Bennett, but the subpoena arrives a day after Bennett and Jones' interim attorney, William McMillan, held a telephone conversation to discuss an out-of-court settlement. McMillan, who is Susan McMillan's husband, and Bennett both issued statements Tuesday saying the talks had gone well and would continue. Sources tell CNN there could be further conversations this week. The trial is set for May 1998. In Other News:Wednesday Sept. 17, 1997
