5:30-7:30 p.m. Welcome to Philadelphia reception and taste of Philadelphia hosted by Mayor Ed Rendell at the Convention Center
8:00-9:30 p.m. Celebration of Service at the Convention Center
Monday, April 28
8:30-11:00 a.m. Opening Ceremony at Independence Hall with the Presidents and other special guests; participants to be seated by 8:30 a.m.
11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Leadership Brunch and Roundtable (by invitation)
11:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Working lunches and sessions for community and state delegations at the Convention Center
12:00-5:00 p.m. Lunch and program for other participants at the Wyndham Hotel.
Theme: The New Way of Doing Business for Americas Future. Followed by concurrent sessions on the role of various sectors in turning the tide for Americas youth - education, communities of faith, the workplace, government, media, etc.
6:30-10:30 p.m. Host Committee Event - Penns Landing
Tuesday, April 29
7:00-8:00 a.m. Continental Breakfast for all participants at the Convention Center
8:00-9:00 a.m. Plenary session for all participants at the Convention Center.
Theme: The New Way of Doing Business - Together.
9:15-11:30 a.m. Working lunches and sessions for community and state delegations at the Convention Center
9:30-11:00 a.m. Concurrent sessions at the Convention Center and the Marriott Hotel on how various sectors can work together more effectively in turning the tide for Americas youth
11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Informal lunch and participants move to Independence Hall
12:30-1:30 p.m. Closing ceremony at Independence Hall
