Ginsburg: Lewinsky Will Testify If Ordered

Monica Lewinsky's attorney said Tuesday his client will testify before Independent Counsel Ken Starr's grand jury if ordered to by a federal court. But Bill Ginsburg still plans to file a motion to quash the subpoena issued for his client to appear Thursday.

Meanwhile, a lawyer for Lewinsky's mother, Marcia Lewis, is also trying to fight a subpoena issued to Lewis to tesify. Starr and his investigators suspect Lewinsky's mother was aware of the former intern's alleged affair with President Bill Clinton.
