White House Scandal At A Glance: Feb. 3

Today's developments:

• Former White House aide George Stephanopoulos appeared before Independent Counsel Ken Starr's Washington grand jury. Leaving the courthouse he said he had no knowledge of a relationship between Clinton and former White House intern Monica Lewinsky.
• Sources tell CNN that immunity negotiations between Lewinsky's attorneys and Starr are back on track. Lewinsky's lawyer William Ginsburg said that his legal team was "generally speaking, we are where we want to be," in those talks.
• Administration sources tell CNN that White House deputy Counsel Bruce Lindsey and Deputy Chief of Staff John Podesta have also been subpoenaed by Starr. Sources tell CNN that both men, but particularly Lindsey, are considering claiming that some of their conversations with President Bill Clinton are privileged.
• Former White House intern Caroline Self, 20, testified before the grand jury this morning about packages sent by Lewinsky that Self signed for. "I know of no improper relationship between the president and Monica Lewinsky or any other White House intern," Self said in a statement she read outside the courthouse.
• A source who has been briefed on Monica Lewinsky's comings and goings from the White House confirms to CNN that she visited the White House about three dozen times between April 1996 and the end of December 1997. The source says three dozen is "a reasonably good ball-park figure."
• Lewinsky arrived in her hometown of Los Angeles to visit her father.
