WASHINGTON (AllPolitics, June 11) -- The peace agreement with Yugoslavia has ended the NATO bombing campaign and will likely put an end to the ethnic Albanian refugee crisis. But the withdrawal of the Serbian army is not just a victory for NATO and the U.S., it's a victory for the Third Way.
