Dragonair is launching twice-weekly flights from Hong Kong to Kathmandu beginning Oct. 29. The flights, on Thursday and Sunday, will be serviced by an Airbus A320. To break in the new route, Dragonair Holidays is offering a four-day package starting at $640 a person, twinshare accommodation.
