Kevin Spacey won the Oscar for best actor in a supporting role Monday for his performance in "The Usual Suspects."

Spacey played Roger "Verbal" Kent, the narrator of this year's thriller-with-twist about six criminals drawn together for a doomed heist.

Harris plays Gene Kranz the cool-headed leader of Mission Control during "Apollo 13's" harrowing mission.

Brad Pitt

Pitt is the high-strung mental patient who befriends Bruce Willis in Terry Gilliam's psycho-thriller "12 Monkeys."




Roth

Tim Roth

Roth plays Archibald Cunningham, the nemesis of legendary 18th century Highland clan leader Rob Roy McGregor in "Rob Roy," the other Scottish epic of 1995.
