(CNN) -- Since its release earlier this year, Santana's latest CD "Supernatural" has been living up to its title. The album featuring music legend Carlos Santana playing with some other top modern music acts has sold over five million copies, and is considered a major contender for a Grammy.

"Smooth," the single featuring Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20, has spent 19 weeks on Billboard's Hot 100 chart; it currently rests in the No. 1 position.

But this might just be a preview of things to come: "Supernatural" is now being launched in Europe.

Santana says, "This CD is a real miracle, from beginning to end. Music has an enormous power, like a Shaman. It takes you to a place where time doesn't exist anymore, gravity doesn't exist, fear doesn't exist.
