Mariah Carey sued for $1.5 million by limo driver

NEW YORK (CNN) -- A limousine driver has filed a lawsuit seeking $1.5 million from singer Mariah Carey, claiming she fired him without paying her $40,000 bill or reimbursing him for several other major expenses. Among D'Onofrio's claims: He agreed at Carey's request to buy a GMC Suburban 4x4 for her personal use. About a month later, D'Onofrio says Carey told him she no longer needed the Suburban and that Showcase was responsible for its payments and upkeep. Carey's attorney has not commented on the lawsuit.
