The former "Cheers" actor said he had asked the pair not to take pictures of his daughter, then two years old, and went after them only to get the film. The photographers have charged that Harrelson violated their constitutional right to work.

Judge Gary Taylor said the lawsuit would be more appropriate in Great Britain, since the movie was developed and filmed in England, and most of its principles are English. The plaintiffs claim that the film is "strikingly similar" to their 1987 play "Ladies Night."
