Today's buzz stories:

Ford

Harrison Ford, family guy

NEW YORK (CNN) -- As Harrison Ford's latest movie, "Six Days, Seven Nights," hits theaters across the country, the actor tells the magazine Redbook that superstardom is great, but he really craves "simple, necessary anonymity." He also said that family life keeps him grounded -- he and his wife of 15 years, screenwriter Melissa Mathison, schedule their work around their kids. "Last year we spent the whole summer in Hawaii, when I was making 'Six Days,'" Ford said. His interview will appear in the July issue of Redbook.

Lange

Jessica Lange wouldn't do it all again

NEW YORK (CNN) -- Despite a career that has earned her two Academy Awards, actress Jessica Lange said if she had to do it all over again today, she wouldn't. She told the "Daily News" that when she began her acting career, the industry "attracted integrity, it attracted artists, and I don't think it does anymore. I wouldn't start today."

Lange is currently starring in "Cousin Bette," an adaptation of Honore de Balzar's story of love and revenge set amid the burlesque theater scene of 1840s Paris. She won Oscars for "Tootsie" and "Blue Sky," and starred in a number of movies including "Rob Roy" and "A Thousand Acres." Now 49, she says she isn't through acting yet, but she can see the day when her career will end. "I really don't want to have remorse or regret about what I missed in terms of daily life," she said.

Anderson and Duchovny

Duchovny, Anderson evasive on 'X-Files' kiss

(CNN) -- All that tension on the small screen between Agent Fox Mulder and Agent Dana Scully? Tune in for the big-screen blockbuster of "The X-Files" and it might all come together in a kiss -- maybe. Neither David Duchovny nor Gillian Anderson, the stars of the cultish TV series, were particularly forthcoming when they spoke to TV Guide for its June 20 issue.

"Mulder is forced to tell Scully what she means to him. And that can lead to personal involvement. There's definitely physical contact," said Duchovny.

Anderson had her own take on the rumored smooching. "There's an interesting screen kiss. But it's questionable whether it's Mulder or Scully or either of them with anybody else," she said.

MacPherson

Elle MacPherson: Supermodel to supermom

NEW YORK (CNN) -- She's one of the richest, most beautiful women in the world, but motherhood is affecting supermodel Elle MacPherson just as it does most moms: She's skimping on sleep and doting on her child, she says in the July issue of US magazine. "I thought I would have an easier time leaving the baby in the care of others, but I find I can't do that," she said.

But MacPherson's 4-month-old son, Arpad Flynn Alexander Busson, hasn't crimped her globetrotting style. "He's a great traveling companion," MacPherson said. "He already has seven stamps in his passport." The father is French financier Arpad "Arki" Busson.

Osmond

Donny and Marie to return to small screen

MINNEAPOLIS (CNN) -- Donny and Marie Osmond, best remembered by many as the toothsome teen-age sibling stars of the 1970s musical variety show "Donny and Marie," are planning a new TV show. "We don't want to use the word 'variety' because it sounds like what we did before, but we think of it as, like, an entertainment-talk show," Donny Osmond said. "We're not just going to be two teen-agers reading off of cue cards this time."
